Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI work: drafting a case study, redrafting a section or writing a new version. Editing by hand, changing styles and publishing are free.
Do credits roll over?
Pro credits roll over for one month, up to 240 in total. Free credits are one time and never expire. Pack credits last 12 months.
What happens if a draft fails?
If a draft fails on our side, the credits come back to you automatically.
Who can buy credit packs?
Packs are for Pro accounts. They are used after your monthly credits run out.
What happens if I go back to Free?
Your home page and one project stay live. Unused monthly credits end with the paid period; pack credits stay until they expire.
Do you offer refunds?
We don’t refund partial months. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
