Downgrades and deletion

Cancelling Pro

Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your account moves to Free:

• one project stays live; the others are unpublished, not deleted;
• the About page, password-protected pages and custom domain stop working;
• the "Made with Storycase" badge comes back;
• unused monthly credits expire.

We don't give prorated refunds. See refunds and cancellation.

Deleting your account

Delete your account in settings. Your portfolio goes offline right away, and you have 7 days to change your mind and restore it. After 7 days, your account, images and case studies are permanently deleted. Deleting also cancels any subscription.
