Cookie notice
Last updated: [DATE OF APPROVAL]
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Storycase uses a few, and similar browser storage, for the purposes below.
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in, protect forms against abuse, and remember settings. The site doesn't work without them, so they can't be turned off. Examples: the session cookie and Google sign-in cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on checkout pages to prevent fraud.
Analytics
PostHog helps us see which features people use and where they get stuck. It stores an identifier in a cookie or local storage. [CONFIRM: is PostHog loaded only after consent for EU/UK visitors? Is session recording on?]
Error monitoring
Sentry records technical details when something breaks, so we can fix it.
On public portfolios
Visitors to a published portfolio get only the cookies needed to load the page, plus [CONFIRM: any analytics on public portfolio pages]. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will sign you out. [LINK TO COOKIE PREFERENCES, IF A CONSENT BANNER IS ADDED]
