Cancelling Pro

You can cancel Pro at any time from billing settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free.

On Free, one project stays live. Your other projects are unpublished but not deleted, and you can publish them again if you go back to Pro. Custom domains stop working when Pro ends. [CONFIRM: which project stays live (most recent, or user picks)?]

Refunds

We don't give prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, or for unused credits.

If you were charged by mistake, or the service didn't work and we couldn't fix it, email [BILLING CONTACT EMAIL] within [WINDOW, e.g. 14 days] and we'll look at it.

Some countries give consumers a legal right to cancel within 14 days. Where that applies, you keep it. [CONFIRM WITH LAWYER: EU/UK withdrawal right and waiver wording at checkout]

Credit packs

Credit packs are one-off purchases and are non-refundable once any credit from the pack has been used. [CONFIRM: refundable if completely unused? Expiry?]

Deleting your account

Deleting your account cancels any subscription. You have 7 days to restore the account; after that it and its content are permanently deleted. Deletion doesn't trigger a refund.
