Storycase uses AI to draft case studies. You are the author: you review, edit and decide what gets published.
How your uploads are processed
- You upload images of a project and add notes.
- When you ask for a draft, we send those images and notes to a model from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI through their APIs.
- The model returns a draft. We store it in your account so you can edit it.
Training and retention
We don't use your content to train AI models. Our providers' API terms say [CONFIRM CURRENT ANTHROPIC AND OPENAI API TERMS: no training on API inputs/outputs; retention period for abuse monitoring; zero data retention status].
You must review the output
AI can misread an image, invent a detail, or state a result that never happened. To make this easier to catch, Storycase tags claims in each draft, such as metrics, outcomes and named clients. You have to confirm each tagged claim before you can publish.
Confirming a claim means you are saying it's true. Remove anything you can't back up. You are responsible for what you publish.
Language
Drafts are written in English only, whatever language your notes are in.
Who owns the output
As between you and us, you own the drafts generated for you and the case studies you publish. Copyright protection for purely AI-generated text varies by country. Your own edits and selection are more likely to be protected.
Don't upload what you can't share
Uploads go to third-party AI providers. Don't upload personal data of real users, secrets, or client material you aren't allowed to share with a service provider.
